Well I managed to go over a year without blogging... and it wasn't at all difficult.  I thought blogging was such a great outlet.  And then I got an iPhone.  Who needs to do anything when you have a smart phone?  And then there was Pinterest.  If there are guys reading this thinking Pinterest is only for girls - they're missing out.  I am so much cooler now that I use it.  Not to mention I can hit like and repin and feel like I'm actually going to do something with my life (just kidding family, if you're reading this).........  (Because you repin it with the hopes of doing it later... and it makes you feel accomplished.  Was that obvious?  I'm a little rusty.)

I tried to make this blog look better.  Probably all those hours on Pinterest making me think I know what's cool now.  Who knows why I picked washing machines for the header, or how long that will last.  I'm sure if one of you comments on it, I'll be mortified and take it down.  So shut up and pretend like you never read this!  But can we just take a moment to note that $1.50 is a very reasonable price for a load of laundry...

I have had my frustrations with Blogger over the years.  Including losing some of my posts and countless design and widget frustrations that I'm not going to get into.  I even sent them tweets and they never responded.  I mean, come'on.  A company that big must have some intern, who could have at least tweeted me back an apology.  So I just started a Wordpress blog in retaliation.  I don't know how to merge them so I doubt I'll switch.  But Blogger, if you're reading this - I am anxiously awaiting some major improvements.  Until then, you're stuck with me.
